Beer is something that many enjoy, but not everybody fully understands. We know that it’s alcohol, yes. But what makes it stand out from the other types of alcohol is the process and experimentation that goes into brewing these tasty beverages.
Like wine, beer has certain steps you have to follow in order to craft a perfect brew. The first step in creating any type of brew is fermenting the grain. Ingredients are then added to make different kinds of beer. Whether your brewing an ale, stout, lager, ect., there’s always a bit of creativity that comes out in each new brew.
Different personalities match with different beers, so I will be going around and visiting all the local South Jersey breweries to meet new people, try new beers and observe this beautiful process.
