The historic Cold Spring Village in Cape May, New Jersey is a non-profit educational institution established as an Early American open-air living history museum. Its purpose is three-fold: historic preservation, history education and heritage tourism.
The newest addition to the museum is Cold Spring Brewery , which runs out of an old farm from the 1800’s! Completely refurbished and added to, the barn gives a breathtaking old school atmosphere, but delivers it in a new school style. There’s music, television, and best of all, hand crafted ales that compete with the very best. Cape May County’s brewing scene has totally taken off and Cold Spring Brewery hopes to kill it this summer. Customers will definitely enjoy the overall experience.
Below is a full tour of Cold Spring Brewery and an interview with bartender Brian Shipley. He gave me some very interesting history on the place and about the beer. Enjoy the video and check out the brewery as soon as possible!
